B. Liability Exclusions

AutoAxis is not responsible for:

• Misuse, improper installation, or modification of products

• Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or unauthorized alterations

• Any costs related to labor, towing, or incidental expenses

C. Performance & Compliance

Some performance or aftermarket parts may impact manufacturer warranties, vehicle safety, or emissions compliance. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local laws and regulations before installation or use.

D. Limitation of Liability

AutoAxis’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
